Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods  
We offer economy and standard shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping Locations  
At this time, Covenant Brand ships within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Time  
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items  
Items labeled as pre-order or made-to-order require additional processing time. Please allow 9–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations  
Customers may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Incorrect Shipping Information  
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Covenant Brand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us. After confirming the issue, we will work with you to provide a replacement.

Shipping Delays  
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
