COVENANT BRAND RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Covenant Brand. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window  
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it  
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed  
- Free of stains, odors, or damage  
- With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return  
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@covenantbrnd.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards  
- Final sale items (if applicable)  
- Worn or washed items  

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:
- Check your bank account again  
- Contact your credit card company  
- Contact your bank
